34th Week of School

Relay for Life went really well last Saturday... I got a lot of participation from some High School students and a few middle schoolers; with all the fund-raising we did we raised $1,706.34, not bad for having a few years off.  Thank you all that participated.  See the pic below of our team.  Go Cabrini!!

The 8^th Graders were off to Washington D.C., last night… lets us pray for them to have a safe trip home.

The 7^th grade final exam is tomorrow on Chapter 12 Lessons 1, 2 & 3 and Chapter 19 Lessons 1 & 2.

There is NO school this Friday or Monday because of the Memorial holiday weekend.  I also will not be in school Thursday.  I am going up-north, therefore, I will not be able to respond to any e-mails until I get home Monday.

8^th grade graduation is next Tuesday.

It is hard to believe the school year has pretty much come to an end… I honestly believe it has been a great school year and I am already looking forward to the next school year; thinking of new creative projects and new lessons!

8th Grade Bridge Project

8^th Grade Bridge Weight Day!

The 8th Grade Popsicle Bridges that didn’t break under the 40 pound weight are on display in the hallway by the Science Lab!

A big thanks to Mrs. Pollick, Mrs. Young & Mr. Harding for coming and visiting during the students presentations.

33rd Week of School

Camp is always an awesome time, but glad to be home… and a special thanks to all the parent chaperones that volunteered their time without them we really couldn’t do what we do.

How many of you are seeing The Avengers 2: Age of Ultron over the weekend?  I saw it right after camp yesterday… super sweet! Love it.

As for this week in school our 8^th Grade Popsicle Bridge weight day is Wednesday (6^th), drawing are due as well along with the narratives on Friday (8^th).

This is our last week of students doing their Science Experiment Presentations on Friday (8^th) and they are as follows…
