Third Week of School Continued...

Yeah! The new NFL season starts today!

Our first science experiment presentations are tomorrow... how exciting.  Also, as you can see from my previous posts we have unit tests next week.  If you have been frustrated not being able to see grades on Edline please be patient it is the new grading software... I have been told almost all the kinks have been worked out.  I assure you it will up and running very soon.

Tomorrow is a $1.00 Jeans Day!

Have a super awesome weekend! Go Blue! & Beat Notre Dame.

Third Week of School

After school I checked with the middle school test calendar and I had to make some changes to what I initially told students today because other teachers are thinking the same thing I am (go figure). So here are my NEW dates for our unit tests next week.

8th Grade Science Thursday (13th) Chapter 13 "Minerals & Rocks"
7th Grade Science Tuesday (10th) Chapter 1 "Classifying & Exploring Life"
6th Grade Geography Wednesday (11th) Chapter 1 "Understanding the Earth & It's People"

This should work & as always my Power Points are on Edline.

Happy Labor Day!

I hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend!  Michigan really looked good Saturday, but its only Central... next week will be the real test against Notre Dame.

As soon as the Wi-Fi is up and running (should be this week) I will demonstrate this blog to all classes and what I consider appropriate comments along with when I would like students/parents to start commenting.

Again, our first science presentations start this Friday (6th) & the Power Points for all grades are on Edline (I updated them today).

I will be scheduling our first Unit Tests for all grades sometime next week.  I will check the test calendar tomorrow.

See you tomorrow!
