27th Week of School

It’s unprecedented... when was the last anyone can ever remember having SEVEN snow days in a school year?!... Stay warm, stay indoors and if you have to go out please drive safe.

There is still will be a 7^th grade unit test tomorrow on the "Human Body" (3 of 3). I reviewed yesterday and Monday so all should be good.  It has been on the calendar for two weeks and the Power Point is on Edline.

8th grade will be starting their Popsicle Bridge Activity next week.

No school on March 21st Friday and Half-Day on March 20th Thursday due to the annual Cabrini Auction.

The 3^rd Quarter ends this Friday… I have been updating Edline and adding late assignments as I get them please beware that administration sends out updates on Edline ONLY three times a week so you may see something different then what I have.

Starting this Sunday for 13 episodes there is a show at 9:00 PM on like 8 different channels called Cosmos.  It looks very exciting and it is totally science related.  I am going to have some sort of extra credit but need to see it first.

8th grade Constellation Paper, push-pin & oral presentations are due on February 24th.  All 8th graders were assigned a constellation last week.

8th grade Unit Test Chapter 12 March 6th.

Also, all 6^th grader parents I need you payment for YMCA Storer Camp ASAP, along, with your medical information and copies of insurance cards.  Our mandatory parent meeting is March 3^rd which is our deadline.

Congratulations to all the students that participated in the Academic Olympics (2^nd place overall) and those that did in Math Counts too.  Mr. Crupi, Mrs. Wisser and myself had planned a pizza party today for those in AO and MC, but that will just have to wait till Monday.
